I'm a life coach. I help thoughtful people get unstuck when it comes to direction, identity, life transitions, and any decisions they've been putting off for too long.
Most clients who come to me are already doing well on paper, but maybe they've drifted into a life that no longer quite fits, or face a crossroads they can't figure out. My job is to help them think clearly and act on it.
I've coached professionals across law, Big Tech, PR, politics, and the creative industries, plus founders, artists, and small business owners. I'm credentialled by the International Coaching Federation, with over 5,000 coaching hours and thirteen years of practice behind me. My aim is always to remain one of the best in my field, so I keep investing heavily in my own professional development.
Watching people grow and flourish from this close never gets old.
I work globally, often with expats and people from the LGBTQ+ community. Gender, sexuality, and location have no bearing on who I choose to work with. What matters is whether you're serious about taking action.
Before coaching, I spent fifteen years as a political and media adviser in UK politics. All too often I saw the old joke play out: politics is the art of postponing decisions until they're no longer relevant. So don't be a politician. Get clear on what you want from life, commit to it, and take the next steps.
I'll probably coach until I drop, which hopefully won't be anytime soon.
And when I'm not coaching, you'll likely find me in a local improv theatre pretending I'm funny, on a padel court pretending the ball was out, or at some electronic music event pretending I'm way younger than I look.
No commitment. You'll leave with clearer thinking either way.
