I run a small group that meets every two weeks for a 75-minute coaching call to work through real life changes. There are six sessions across each quarter, plus an active online group that keeps the conversation going between calls.
This is structured group coaching, and the accountability comes from showing up to people who are tracking your progress alongside their own. The conversations we have tend to stay practical and specific.
You hear how other people are handling versions of what you might be stuck on.That kind of outside context can shift your own thinking in ways that rumination or one-to-one conversations with friends won't.
You stop neglecting the commitments you make to yourself.Showing up to a group of people who are tracking your progress alongside their own is more effective than the kind of accountability you negotiate.
You finish this quarter having reached some actual milestones. You'll set clear goals at the start of the quarter and break them down into two-week actionable steps.
I've been part of Kris's group coaching programme since 2023 and it's been both genuinely enjoyable and valuable. The structure creates real accountability: we reflect on progress and commit to clear goals between sessions, turning intention into action.
Charlotte T — ItalyA really lovely group of people from all walks of life with a shared commitment to supporting each other. The fortnightly sessions create a nice rhythm and keep everyone's goals and commitments front of mind.
Anna B — MelbourneEach cohort runs with six to eight people. Small enough that every person gets airtime in every session, large enough that the conversations have real variety.
Life happens. The online group keeps you connected between calls, so the occasional missed session won't derail you. If you start missing several, we can have an honest conversation about whether the timing is right for you.
No. Cohorts run as a closed group for the full quarter so that everyone is working through the same rhythm together. If you apply between cohorts, I'll let you know when the next intake opens.
The calls themselves are 75 minutes every two weeks. Between calls, I encourage people to share with the group what they're working on, but this isn't a must. The structure keeps you moving on the work; the volume is yours to set.
Send me a few sentences about what you're working on, why group coaching appeals to you right now, and roughly when you're available for bi-weekly calls across timezones.
